Tajanos Arabic Institute – Online Programs

 

1. Registration and Payment

Enrollment in any online program at Tajanos Institute is confirmed only after full payment of the selected package.
All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
Payment must be completed through the payment methods approved by the institute.

 

2. Validity of Lesson Packages

Each lesson package has a specific validity period:
  • Intensive Monthly Package (80 hours): valid for one month from the start date.
  • Friends Package (600 hours): valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Flexible Package (200 hours): valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Group Courses: valid for the duration of the course as specified at registration.
Unused hours after the validity period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

 

3. Scheduling Lessons

Lessons must be scheduled in advance according to the availability of instructors.
Students are responsible for coordinating their schedules with the institute administration.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students must notify the institute at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson if they wish to cancel or reschedule.
 
If a student fails to attend a lesson or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be considered completed and deducted from the package.

 

5. Group Lesson Policy

Group classes require a minimum number of students to start.
 
The institute reserves the right to:
 
  • Adjust the schedule
  • Change the instructor if necessary
  • Reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances

 

6. Refund Policy

Payments made for lesson packages are generally non-refundable once the program has started.
 
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed by the institute administration.

 

7. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
  • A stable internet connection
  • A working microphone and camera
  • Access to the online platform used for lessons
The institute is not responsible for missed lessons due to technical issues on the student’s side.

 

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during lessons.
 
The institute reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in cases of inappropriate conduct.

 

9. Changes to Programs or Pricing

Tajanos Institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or prices when necessary.
Changes will not affect packages that have already been purchased.

 

10. Agreement

By completing the payment and registering for a course, the student confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
